Has a sagging headliner but runs perfectly besides that

Hey everyone, selling my 2010 GTI with Navigation.I'm second owner, owned the car since it had 35xxx miles on it. Car is in perfect mechanical condition, and in good condition exterior wise, has chips on front bumper and hood from hwy commute. Car was garaged all time while I owned it, and hasn't been used primarily on the weekends for past 2 years. It has 108xxx miles on it and 80% of millage is hwy commute to/from work.Clean title in hand, no accidents.I also have engine oil reports to prove engine is in perfect health.Car dyno'd with APR stage 2 and all mods at 253hp/275tqAll maintenance done at KMDTuning and LindenVW. 2010 VW GTI for sale. All around a good car, fun to drive and great sounding even stock. Unitronic Intake system installed. The rims were plasti-dipped from the previous owner due to curb rub and taking it off was a pain so there is some left over residue.Needs: A new TPMS sensor (why the tire light is on), a new intake manifold and steering angle sensor (why the check engine light is on), and some TLC after rocks left chips in the hood and the rear bumper was hit in a parking lot. The dent is mostly pulled out now but it needs to be buffed to clear out the rest of the scratches. Some how down the road the heat stopped working, you can feel the heat coming out of the vent, but it won't blow. The muffler is currently disconnected but can be reconnected upon request. Finally, there is a clunk in the front end (thinking shocks). The engine is strong and pulls hard - oil change every 3000 miles and the body has no rust. Looking to get rid of it fast but will not accept unreasonable offers.
